Administer diagnostic tools to assess participants' leadership styles and provide individual feedback.
Collaborate with the Leadership Development Program Steering Committee to design curriculum and ensure alignment with organizational values and culture.
Facilitate mentoring relationships between participants and senior managers, providing guidance and support throughout the program.
Maintain accurate records of participant progress and program outcomes, providing regular reports to the Contracting Officer.
Conduct program review meetings to assess effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

Hours: Part-time; Flexible schedule, up to 30 hours per week.

Position Summary:
The Leadership Development Program Facilitator (LDPF) will oversee the implementation and administration of the Leadership Development Program for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District. This role involves facilitating training sessions, mentoring participants, and ensuring the program aligns with organizational goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
