- Source and recruit candidates for all positions.
- Build relationships with internal and external partners to fill staffing needs.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with Human Resources Business Partners.
- Build a network of candidates ready for deployment on job sites.
- Support Workforce Development Teams by attending career fairs in the Atlanta area and promoting the company as an employer.
