Responsibilities
  • Plans and leads on-site systems engineering efforts for critical C2ISR infrastructure, ensuring direct technical expertise and immediate mission-critical capabilities.
  • Drives the strategic development of on-site engineering strategies and procedures for implementing advanced technological solutions.
  • Functions as a technical expert in identifying and evaluating optimal technical, architectural, and systematic ways ahead for C2ISR integration activities, planned expansions, and site activations.
  • Oversees the design, deployment, and verification of complex C2ISR hardware and software systems at various on-site locations, including classified environments.
  • Provides expert guidance to FSRs, project managers, and operational personnel on complex system issues, integration challenges, and technical support best practices.
  • Leads the management and sustainment of secure enterprise cross domains at AISR data dissemination hubs, ensuring seamless and secure data flow.
  • Mentors and supervises journeyman and junior Systems Engineers, fostering skill development and ensuring consistency in solution quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Conducts advanced architectural analysis and design validation, ensuring that on-site implementations align with overall system objectives and performance requirements.
  • Evaluates the overall effectiveness of on-site systems engineering solutions, identifying trends, and recommending major changes to enhance resilience and optimize C2ISR capabilities.
  • Develops integrated strategies for network configuration management, performance monitoring, and technological resource optimization.
  • Implements systematic monitoring protocols for technological systems, network components, and user access management.
  • Supports the coordination of Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs) and troubleshooting across C2ISR transport infrastructure systems.
