  • Experience: 8+ years in IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation environments.
  • Hybrid Background: A strong foundation in software engineering/development combined with a proven track record in account management or business development.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to grow account revenue (farming) and manage P&L/budgets for large-scale engagements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience influencing C-suite or VP-level stakeholders in complex, enterprise-level environments.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, moving beyond 'status updates' to high-level strategic consulting.
  • Account Growth & Strategy: Identify untapped business needs within existing accounts and partner with sales/leadership to propose and close new workstreams.
  • Delivery Governance: Provide high-level oversight of project health, ensuring that technical execution aligns perfectly with the client’s overarching business goals.
  • Solutioning & Value Engineering: Participate in technical and architectural discussions to ensure the proposed tech stack and roadmap provide the best ROI for the client.
  • Commercial Ownership: Lead contract renewals, scope negotiations, and resource planning to ensure account profitability and sustainability.
  • Conflict Resolution & Advocacy: Navigate complex technical and business roadblocks, acting as an advocate for both the client’s success and our internal delivery teams.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends to proactively advise clients on how emerging technologies can optimize their operations.
