About the job
- Proven experience in social media management and high-end video editing.
- Experience in the finance or lending space is essential.
- Expertise in video-editing software and comfort navigating customer relationship management and marketing systems.
- Ability to provide monthly reports explaining the causes of changes in engagement and leads.
- Ability to stay organized and proactive and to work under a demanding leader with high expectations.
- Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and lead the launch of the TikTok channel; all content must be video, animation, or feature music or voiceovers, with no still images.
- Generate Scenario Leads and Application Leads through organic content and paid-media advertising, and track performance against monthly key performance indicators.
- Maintain a content schedule planned three months in advance and submit finalized posts for approval 30 days before publication.
- Assist with broker marketing emails and create a monthly newsletter.
- Design and produce investor presentation packs in PowerPoint and digital e-books to support capital-raising efforts.
- Arrange local video captures in Sydney when necessary and maintain an organized library of raw files, system passwords, and marketing assets.
- Experience with Apollo and Bravo.
