+ $5,000 MA-C incentive + Evening shift differential: $3.00/hour + Night shift differential: $5.00/hour + Weekend shift differential: $4.50/hour + Per diem premium: 15% + Lead premium: $3.25/hour + On-call premium: $3.00/hour + Preceptor premium: $1.50/hour + Trainer premium: $1.50/hour

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program accredited or approved by the Washington Department of Health is required.
  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
  • A current Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant certification is required; approved, interim, or pending status is accepted under the stated conditions.
Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical, clerical, and administrative tasks in an outpatient clinic under the supervision and direction of a provider or Medical Office Nurse Coordinator.
  • Perform duties consistent with the Medical Assistant's education, training, experience, and certification.
Desired Qualifications
  • One year of outpatient clinic health care experience is preferred.
  • Experience specific to the type of clinic being hired for is preferred.
