Requirements
  • Solid technical grounding and hands-on experience of IT Operations
  • Experience in AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP, or Chef/Puppet
  • Skilled in CI/CD tools e.g. Jenkins, Gitlab
  • Knowledgeable about Containerization tools e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and product adoption for customers
  • Analyze customer’s IT Operations environment and provide recommendations
  • Advise customers on process changes, product adoption, and configuration to meet their requirements
  • Participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services teams
  • Evolve best practices for technical product adoption and customer success
