  • Have at least 5 years of experience creating and understanding bank and business-unit profit and loss statements, and creating financial margins for bank products.
  • Have experience creating and developing predictive and statistical models.
Responsibilities
  • Transform the Operations Mexico area's management and planning from a financial perspective to support strategic and profitability objectives.
  • Drive improvement processes that optimize efficient expense allocation and align it with the bank's strategic and profitability objectives.
  • Ensure correct expense allocation and assess its direct impact on profitability by product and banking division, driving impact in the bank's profit and loss statement.
  • Build an agile and efficient operation that connects financial and operational work to generate value in the bank's results.
  • Create a financial statistical model to improve expense management for cash management, credit cards, and other bank products.
  • Ensure correct expense allocation across business units.
  • Identify needs and define data quality rules.
  • Ensure information traceability within the scope of the role.
  • Manage work with excellence and data-backed judgment.
  • Ensure the quality and governance of financial information, and make decisions that support Operations Mexico expense management across financial, business, and operational areas.
