Requirements
  • A Master’s or doctorate in Education or Educational Leadership.
  • At least 10 years of experience in academic consulting or school leadership.
  • A background in education research, curriculum development, or policy.
  • A current or previous role aligned with Education and Training activities supporting qualification as an Academic Achievement Keynote Speaker.
  • Demonstrated public speaking ability and subject matter expertise.
  • The ability to connect with varied audiences.
  • Knowledge of research interpretation, data literacy, and curriculum innovation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio are also required or expected.
  • The ability to work across different projects, concepts, initiatives, or workstreams.
  • The ability to manage projects and activities and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Provide targeted content and insights tailored to Academic Achievement topics through keynote and guest-speaking engagements.
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact presentations that educate, inspire, and engage diverse audiences.
  • Communicate impactful ideas aligned with an organization’s brand values through keynote delivery.
  • Engage audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling.
  • Support broader programming through audience questions and answers, panel moderation, or breakout facilitation.
  • Provide post-event resources or personalized engagement opportunities.
  • Participate in panel discussions or workshops when requested.
  • Participate in internal leadership events, public speaking engagements, media opportunities, or brand-aligned thought leadership forums.
  • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian Consulting.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • Relevant certifications or professional/lived experience in the subject area.
  • Experience with Title I schools or underserved populations.
  • Familiarity with district- and state-level accountability systems.
  • Strategic thinking, adaptability, audience engagement, storytelling, emotional intelligence, authenticity, professional presence, and clarity under pressure.
