  • Travel to and work with families in the counties and communities served by the agency.
Responsibilities
  • Implement an evidence-based therapeutic model providing community-based treatment for families of juveniles involved in or at risk of involvement in the juvenile justice system.
  • Provide direct clinical treatment using the Multisystemic Therapy treatment model and principles.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families, gathering information about behaviors of concern and family and ecological strengths to inform conceptualization of problem behaviors and family interactions.
  • Continuously engage primary caregivers, family members, supports, and community agency staff, including school, probation, and child welfare personnel, in change-oriented treatment.
  • Dedicate time to weekly case planning and evaluation of case progress with ongoing support from supervisors and team members.
  • Receive regular training, professional development, supervision, and consultation to acquire clinical skills in the Multisystemic Therapy treatment model.
  • Follow the agency's philosophy, policies and procedures, and standards of conduct.
  • Provide clinical support to the Multisystemic Therapy team and peers.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality at all times.
  • Travel to and work with families in the counties and communities served by the agency.
  • Manage an assigned caseload of 4–6 families.
  • Use the nine Multisystemic Therapy principles and the Multisystemic Therapy analytic process in treatment.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts to facilitate peer and supervisory review and feedback.
