- Ability to read and interpret Grafana.
- Ability to read production schedules and work orders.
- Ability to handle cutting tools.
- Ability to check cardboard core moisture using a hygrometer.
- Supply and unload machines with raw materials, supplies, pallets, and cores.
- Weigh finished materials and record them in the ERP system.
- Record generated scrap.
- Clean and organize equipment and the work area.
- Assist machine operators with setup.
- Cut cores.
- Remove scrap for weighing and disposal.
- Check items listed for the cutting stage.
- Prepare labels.
- Load cores onto rewinder shafts.
- Check machine condition and request maintenance when needed.
- Adjust machines during the production process.
- Complete recording and control forms.
- Transport rolls and collect and transport cores.
- Transport, weigh, and assemble pallets at rewinders.
- Clean rewinder feed rollers.
- Transport and weigh rewinder trim scrap.
- Change knives and maintain and clean them.
- Unload material onto rewinder shafts.
- Clean and inspect friction rewinder shafts.
