- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests retrieving self-park vehicles.
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
- Maintain the company uniform appearance, greet and thank guests, and resolve customer issues.
- Work outside and remain active for most of the day, including standing and walking and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks and other special projects as requested by local management.
- At least 1 year of valet parking experience.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
