  • A degree in Engineering, Science, or a related curriculum is required.
  • Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 certifications.
  • Ensure program activities comply with applicable government regulations and company quality assurance standards.
Responsibilities
  • Perform all listed functions with direct supervision.
  • Support issuing and resolving internal corrective measure reports.
  • Ensure current service and product quality specifications fulfill client requirements.
  • Support Quality Management Systems operation within the organization.
  • Support the design, execution, and maintenance of quality system processes in respective departments.
  • Help coordinate training for operating procedure changes or new system implementation.
  • Ensure operating procedures are usable by end users.
  • Direct the writing and review of operating procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency, and clarity.
  • Participate in corrective action discussions as necessary.
  • Revise department complaints and implement corrective actions for clarity and completeness in investigations.
  • Comply with company policies and departmental procedures to reduce risk and losses.
  • Recommend and implement modifications to operational methods and practices and direct others in these changes to enhance department effectiveness.
  • Support the Quality Manager in client internal audits.
  • Prepare evaluation reports and submit them to the Quality and Customer Service Manager.
  • Serve as an information source for bottlers and other departments when critical quality issues arise.
  • Establish and manage professional customer rapport to develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervision or management.
