  • 8+ years of experience in ad-tech/mar-tech industries with a proven record of growing strategic accounts
  • Experience with Facebook, Pinterest, Snap, and other Social Media platforms w/ 3+ years experience managing a team
  • Naturally inclined to lead, organize, and run a team
  • Driven by sales, account expansion, and helping partners achieve business targets and marketing goals
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage confidently with various audiences

Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with senior stakeholders and across all relevant parts of customer organization
  • Align on and influence strategic objectives and plans for account expansion and increased adoption
  • Plan with customer decision makers, platform, and other partners
  • Help drive alignment, progress, identify bottlenecks, and remove overlapping efforts by engaging with teams and partners
  • Be responsible for account plan and key customer initiatives
  • Coordinate execution by setting clear goals and priorities, ensuring global alignment and knowledge transfer
  • Create feedback and critical issue channels within the account for steady progress
  • Ensure product roadmap alignment and product team interaction with customers
  • Form relationships and align objectives with customer partners
  • Own revenue forecasting, target setting, pipeline, and opportunity management
  • Close opportunities, make progress quickly with strategic account planning, and be incentivized by commercial success
