Requirements
  • 3+ years of product management experience at a product-driven tech company where the individual owned significant product surface area and helped shape what great looks like
  • A track record of shipping high-impact products, especially in 0 → 1 settings
  • Deep user empathy; you love building things that make users successful

Responsibilities
  • Think on all levels: zoom out to understand the broad structure of the platform, the right abstractions, and how they enable use cases for customers; identify what breaks and what needs to change
  • Build from first principles: be rigorous and thesis-driven in deciding what to build, why, and how to measure success
  • Dive into human-agent collaboration and help find tenfold productivity by enabling effective human-machine interaction in AI-native products
  • Drive product strategy and roadmap: work with founders and engineering to crystallize product vision into an actionable, evolving roadmap
  • Lead discovery and prototyping: talk to users, analyze product usage, synthesize qualitative feedback, identify gaps, prototype rapidly to validate ideas and iterate
  • Define success and measure it: set clear product KPIs, track feature performance post-launch, use data to decide where to double down or pivot
  • Work across the organization: embed with product engineering, frontend development engineering, and go-to-market teams to unblock execution and push prototypes to launched products

  • Demonstrated interest and experience in pushing the boundaries with large language models or AI agents
  • Familiarity with tools like Linear, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
