About the Job

Requirements

  • Familiarity with the e-commerce market.
  • Experience in software project management or sales of enterprise SaaS systems such as CRM, ERP, or warehouse systems, or POS systems, is preferred; 1–3 years of experience is indicated.
  • Strong cross-departmental communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience using macOS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide retail solutions through cold outreach, seminars, and one-on-one consultations, with a sales-oriented approach.
  • Recommend suitable solutions based on market and customer needs.
  • Sell online store, offline POS, and O2O integration solutions.
  • Prepare product quotations, process orders, and handle accounts receivable matters.
  • Forecast sales and achieve targets.
