- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing intern data and documentation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and administrative functions.
- Ability to work proactively, responsibly, and independently.
- Open only to college students who will not graduate during the internship program.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Create and maintain In/Out reports for interns, tracking their start and end dates.
- Collaborate with users to understand internship requirements and align candidate profiles with business needs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new interns by providing necessary orientation and resources.
- Prepare and support the signing of internship contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Manage and regularly update the intern database.
- Support hiring for permanent positions as needed.
- Provide support for administrative tasks as needed.
- Experience in human resources or recruitment.
