Requirements
  • 2+ Years of experience in data heavy process, production, or manufacturing environment
  • High School diploma or GED
  • U.S. citizenship, lawful U.S. permanent residency, refugee/asylum status, or eligibility to obtain required authorizations from U.S. Department of State and/or U.S. Department of Commerce
Responsibilities
  • Maintain project schedules and RAID logs
  • Ensure accurate and timely data capture and reporting
  • Support communication between PSC and external stakeholders
  • Support resolving logistics issues and material allocation activities
  • Identify and track risks and issues through mitigation/remediation
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality products on schedule
  • Support maintaining internal procedures and documentation
  • Assist with monthly forecasts and financial estimates
  • Support Project Lifecycle Management activities including document revisions and BOM management

  • Previous experience in a project specialist or administration role
  • Experience leading and managing projects
  • Experience working within a regulated industry such as Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, etc.
  • Exposure to regulatory standards such as AS9100, ISO13485, IATF 16949 or similar
  • Experience with a wide range of specialized technical manufacturing processes
  • Developing KPI’s for performance reporting
