- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Document resident care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting.
