Requirements

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
Candidates must possess customer service skills and be able to multitask.
Candidates must be comfortable using Microsoft Office products.
Candidates must hold a state-issued security license.
For driving posts, candidates must hold a valid driver's license and have a favorable driving record.
Candidates must be able to operate and maintain site-specific security programs.
Candidates must have at least one year of verifiable work experience; one year of military or concierge experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, will also be considered.

Responsibilities

Perform security duties according to contract requirements and site-specific post orders.
Control access for guests, tenants, and vendors.
Enforce client and company policies and procedures.
Observe and report fire and safety hazards.
Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building.
Report pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, the client, and other appropriate company department managers.
Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures as required; duties may involve prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, or sitting at a computer.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will perform various security duties as outlined by contract requirements and site specific post orders. These duties may include:

Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
Enforcement of Client and Company policies and procedures.
Observation and reporting of fire and safety hazards.
Conduct of routine foot patrols in and around building.
Reporting of all pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, the client and other Admiral/ADM Department Managers as appropriate.
Interaction with a variety of persons including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.
Other duties as assigned.

This position may require work inside and outside in varying temperatures. This position requires standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, bending and some lifting. A portion of this position may require sitting in front of a computer for prolonged periods of time.

Qualifications

All candidates:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
Must be able to multitask.
Must be comfortable with Microsoft office products.
Must have State issued Security License.
Driving post must have a Valid Driver's License with favorable driving record.
Must be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs.
Must have at least one year of verifiable work experience. One year of military, concierge or an AA or BA in a related field will be considered as well.
