About the job
- The candidate must be at least 21 years of age.
- The candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills.
- The candidate must be able to multitask.
- The candidate must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products.
- The candidate must possess a state-issued security license.
- A driving post requires a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record.
- The candidate must be able to operate and maintain site-specific security programs.
- The candidate must have at least one year of verifiable work experience; one year of military or concierge experience, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, will also be considered.
- The candidate must be able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, and perform some lifting.
- The candidate must be able to work inside and outside in varying temperatures.
- The candidate may need to sit in front of a computer for prolonged periods.
- Perform security duties according to contract requirements and site-specific post orders.
- Control access for guests, tenants, and vendors.
- Enforce client and company policies and procedures.
- Observe and report fire and safety hazards.
- Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building.
- Report pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, the client, and other Admiral or department managers as appropriate.
- Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public.
