Responsibilities
  • Craft and implement comprehensive growth strategies to engage and acquire large-scale e-commerce enterprises.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and partnership to ensure alignment, drive enterprise customer acquisition and implement creative ABM campaigns (e.g., VIP experiences, “surprise & delight” campaigns, or events like sports games or exclusive dinners).
  • Design and execute high-impact, unconventional experiments to open doors with enterprise prospects (e.g., create personalized “state of your CX” audit, sending bespoke physical mailers to execs, customer reference check, launching competitor 'pain-point' ad campaigns targeting decision-makers).
  • Track KPIs and provide regular reports to senior leadership — whether through SQL queries or manual QA, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
