Hold a Pilot in Command (PIC) jet type rating; a Bombardier type rating is preferred.
Have 3,000 hours of fixed-wing flight time, 1,500 hours of PIC time, 1,500 hours of multi-engine time, 1,000 hours of turbine time, and 300 hours of logged instrument flight rules (IFR) time.
Be authorized to work in the United States. Pilots meeting O-1 visa requirements can receive support to obtain an O-1 visa.
Be authorized to travel to and from all cities and countries served.
Hold a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
Have no accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the last five years.
Meet ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 requirements for aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
Have logged 150 flight hours in the previous 365 days and 30 flight hours in the previous 90 days.
