About the job
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation.

- Must have the physical strength to move dumpsters three times a week with little to no assistance.
- Must have swimming pool maintenance experience.
- Maintain the property's exterior appearance and keep the grounds immaculate.
- Assist with apartment make-ready work and support the maintenance department.
- Clean up trash around dumpsters.
- Clean and arrange pool-area furniture and trash receptacles; hold a pool operator's certificate; test pool-water chemical levels daily and maintain proper chemical balance.
- Clean and maintain club facilities and keep the office, amenities, common areas, grounds, laundry rooms, walkways, streets, driveways, parking lots, entrances, foyers, breezeways, and recreational areas clean.
- Perform supplemental landscape maintenance and irrigation-system repairs or watering; as needed, perform mowing, edging, trimming, sweeping, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and planting.
- Remove trash from vacated apartments and prepare them for make-ready and re-renting, including carpet repairs, dyeing, and shampooing as needed.
- Previous groundskeeper or porter experience is helpful but not required.
- High school graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
