- A valid driver's license is required.
- Prior facilities, mail, or shipping and receiving experience is a plus.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills are required.
- Ability to meet the employer's attendance policy is required.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds is required.
- Receive, process, and deliver mail and packages.
- Receive and send overnight packages.
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume production environment.
- Sort incoming mail and handle it according to established procedures.
- Set up conference rooms and configure furniture.
- Respond to facilities requests and report issues.
- Adhere to all safety procedures.
- Take direction from the site manager and assistant site manager.
- Participate in cross-training.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs.
- Relevant experience in shipping and receiving, mail operations, and customer service.
- Prior facilities, mail, or shipping and receiving experience.
