What believers are saying

  • Mandarin newcomers get paid preparation: Kreato lists three weeks of certified training without requiring prior interpreting experience.
  • LATAM Spanish interpreters get paid queue time: eligible logged-in hours include waiting, subject to program terms.
  • Recruitment contractors earn limited paid leave: Kreato grants five days annually after completing one year.

What critics are saying

  • Mandarin schedules include overnight options: Kreato aligns shifts with US Pacific and Eastern time zones.
  • Spanish interpreter onboarding has equipment gates: Kreato requires wired Ethernet and client-approved USB headsets.
  • Recruitment contractors lack payroll benefits: Kreato excludes local statutory employment benefits and assigns tax compliance to contractors.

What makes Kreato Global unique

  • Translation has separate review stages: Kreato uses translation, editing and proofreading before completing client work.
  • Localization extends to imagery: Kreato specialists select or create visuals suited to target cultures.
  • Kreato supports different meeting formats: consecutive interpretation handles pauses, while simultaneous interpretation follows speakers in real time.
