Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in business-to-business software as a service within sales, business development, or other customer-facing go-to-market functions, with experience leading or influencing team performance.
  • A strong track record in pipeline management, forecasting, deal strategy, and driving revenue growth in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • The ability to coach, develop, and elevate performance through direct, constructive, and actionable feedback.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and translate insights into measurable actions and results.

Responsibilities
  • Own team revenue performance and quota attainment, driving accountability, consistent execution, and predictable growth.
  • Coach and develop team members across the entire customer lifecycle, providing clear, actionable feedback that improves performance and accelerates results.
  • Lead pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecasting processes to improve decision-making, forecast accuracy, and overall go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Identify performance gaps and conversion challenges early, implementing targeted actions to improve pipeline health, deal velocity, and win rates.
  • Establish and maintain high standards for go-to-market execution, ensuring consistent adoption of messaging, methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and artificial intelligence-driven insights to optimize team productivity, strengthen deal strategy, and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to enhance funnel performance, refine go-to-market strategy, and continuously improve playbooks and ways of working.

Legora acquires litigation startup Wexler in fifth deal since January

Legora has acquired litigation startup Wexler, whose software helps lawyers reconstruct cases from thousands of documents by tracing statements back to source evidence and identifying conflicts. The acquisition marks Legora's fifth since January as it competes with rival Harvey to dominate the law firm market. London-based Wexler had raised $7 million and secured clients including HSF Kramer, Goodwin Procter, and Clifford Chance. The company claims its software cuts manual document review time by 75 per cent. Wexler cofounder Gregory Mostyn said the startup wasn't seeking a sale but chose to join Legora's platform of over 1,500 customers. Legora was valued at $5.5 billion in March, whilst Harvey is worth $11 billion. The deal reflects consolidation in legal tech as law firms select long-term software partners following years of testing chatbots and other tools.

Ally Law partners with Legora to accelerate AI adoption across 80-firm global network

Legora to open Paris, Milan and Madrid offices as Swedish AI legaltech eyes 700-strong EMEA workforce

Legora, a Swedish AI legaltech startup valued at $5.6 billion, is opening offices in Paris, Milan and Madrid in Q3 whilst establishing an engineering hub in London. The company plans to grow its EMEA headcount from just over 300 to more than 700 over the next 12 months. The expansion aims to bring the company closer to customers in key European markets.
