- Produce short-form content, including Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, as well as long-form YouTube content.
- Travel to multiple locations, including Club Pilates studios and plumbing and HVAC operations, to capture real-time content.
- Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
- Coordinate and execute grassroots marketing efforts, including events, partnerships, and local outreach.
- Work with leadership to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Monitor engagement, analytics, and growth across platforms, including YouTube performance.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all companies.
- Experience with fitness, service businesses, or multi-location brands.
- Experience running local events or grassroots marketing campaigns.
- Experience growing or managing a YouTube channel.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising and digital marketing strategy.
