About the company

SynergenX Health runs a hormone replacement and weight management clinic focused on men. It offers hormone replacement therapy using variable, personalized dosing and tailored hormone combinations, with careful monitoring of total testosterone, estrogen, and blood viscosity to minimize side effects. In addition, it runs a weight management program that helps patients lose weight, boost energy, reduce joint pain, and improve sleep. The clinic uses health information and technology to guide care and emphasizes a non one-size-fits-all approach rather than standardized protocols. The goal is to help patients feel better, improve overall health, and lower the risk of chronic diseases related to obesity and hormone imbalance, while providing accessible appointment options via phone or online scheduling.

Image (C) 2026 Netflix. Netflix has released its fourth season of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On, a reality series that challenges couples to determine whether they're truly meant to spend their lives together. Since its release, one question has sparked growing curiosity among viewers: "Who is Ashley Wilson's dad?" Ashley Wilson, one of this season's featured cast members, quickly became a fan favorite as viewers followed her relationship journey alongside Killian. But even before audiences officially met her father during the family episodes, curiosity had already begun building. After Ashley remarked, "My dad is popular. He has a big name," viewers were eager to find out more. When Wayne Wilson finally appeared, many discovered he wasn't a television personality at all. He's a military veteran, healthcare entrepreneur, and the founder and CEO of one of the nation's largest hormone health organizations. While SynergenX won't spoil Ashley and Killian's journey, Wayne's conversations throughout the season; particularly his candid perspective as a father quickly became some of the most talked-about family moments among viewers. So, who is Wayne Wilson? Long before appearing on The Ultimatum, Wayne Wilson had already built a career centered around service, leadership, and healthcare. Wilson served more than 21 years in the U.S. Army, where he worked as a combat medic and later continued his medical education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center before transitioning into civilian healthcare. Throughout his military career, he earned numerous honors, including two Bronze Stars, the Combat Medical Badge, the Expert Field Medical Badge, Air Assault qualification, and Airborne qualification. After retiring from the military, Wayne became a clinic director at Low T Center, where he witnessed firsthand how hormone therapy could dramatically improve people's quality of life. That experience ultimately inspired him to launch his own healthcare company with a simple mission: to make testosterone and hormone care more accessible and personalized for each patient. Building one of the nation's largest hormone health organizations. In 2016, Wayne founded SynergenX, a provider-led hormone health company focused on helping men and women address frequently overlooked symptoms like fatigue, low energy, brain fog, weight gain, declining libido, and changes in overall well-being. What began as a single practice has since grown into a national organization with more than 60 clinics across 10 states, serving more than 500,000 patients. Along the way, SynergenX expanded through the acquisition of respected brands including Low T Center and HerKare, allowing the organization to provide specialized care for both men's and women's hormone health. Today, SynergenX offers testosterone replacement therapy, hormone replacement therapy for women, medically guided weight management, peptide therapy, sexual wellness services, and preventive health programs designed to help patients improve their quality of life. Wayne's leadership beyond healthcare. Although many viewers are only now learning Wayne Wilson's name because of The Ultimatum, he's been recognized within the business and healthcare communities for years. His leadership has earned national recognition, including a Silver Stevie(R) Award for Best Entrepreneur in Health Products & Services, and he regularly contributes insights on leadership, healthcare innovation, and organizational growth to publications such as Entrepreneur, Medical Economics, and Forbes Councils. Those who know Wayne professionally often describe him as someone who combines military discipline with a patient-first philosophy, an approach that continues to shape the company's culture today. Why viewers are talking about Wayne Wilson. While Ashley Wilson remained at the center of her own story, Wayne's appearances offered viewers a glimpse into the father-daughter relationship that helped shape her. His direct communication style, protective nature, and thoughtful conversations quickly became a topic of discussion among fans following the season. From serving more than two decades in the U.S. Army to building one of the country's largest hormone health organizations, his career has been driven by a commitment to helping people improve their health and quality of life. Whether viewers discovered Wayne Wilson through Ashley's journey on The Ultimatum or through his work leading SynergenX, one thing is clear: Wayne will continue to build his legacy around leadership, service, and helping others feel like themselves again.
