You’ll have the opportunity to partner with clients across a variety of BCG regions and industries, helping them design, build, and deploy innovative AI solutions that create real-world impact.</span></p><p><span>In this role, you will:</span></p><ul><li>Apply software development practices and standards to build robust and maintainable software</li><li>Be actively involved across the software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment</li><li>Build and deploy scalable AI and software solutions to solve real-world business challenges</li><li>Optimize and enhance the performance and computational efficiency of algorithms and software</li><li>Work directly with clients and BCG X teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, consultants, and clients to share software design and solution ideas</li><li>Contribute to BCG X’s broader AI engineering knowledge and innovation</li></ul></div><br><br><p class="job-description-header">What You'll Bring</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related quantitative field</li><li>Strong programming and software engineering foundations, with proficiency in Python and/or other relevant languages</li><li>Exposure to machine learning, AI, GenAI / LLMs, data analytics, or statistical modelling</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions</li><li>A builder mindset, with hands-on experience developing technology, AI, or data solutions</li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, and learning agility</li><li>Relevant technical internships, AI/startup experience, or 0-to-1 product-building experience is a plus</li></ul><br><br><p class="job-description-header">Additional info</p><p>Ability to travel based on client and business needs.</p><p><span>For 2027 intake </span></p><p> </p><br><br><p>Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
