About the job
- A full-time degree from a recognized institute is required.
- At least 4 years of experience leading implementation projects is required.
- Expertise in pre-workshop analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, administration training, and managing User Acceptance Testing is required.
- Experience in the Finance domain using SAP FICO, S/4HANA, ECC, Concur, or Ariba is required, including general ledger postings, cost centre, internal order and work breakdown structure structures, accounts payable/accounts receivable, and vendor master data.
- Experience integrating HR or Expense Management systems with SAP Finance is required, including claim postings, payment status, foreign exchange, and tax handling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
- Problem-solving and consultative skills to engage with and build relationships with stakeholders at large organizations are required.
- Ability to navigate challenges, deliver high-quality work, and manage multiple implementation projects concurrently is required.
- Ability to collaborate with a large team toward common goals is required.
- Lead solution consulting and conduct pre-workshop analysis to understand customer needs and concerns; prepare documentation and analysis reports for effective workshops.
- Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and collaborate with internal teams to establish baseline implementation requirements.
- Work with clients to understand needs and concerns, provide solutions, propose and implement workarounds, and secure stakeholder sign-off on the implementation workbook.
- Serve as the internal customer for configuration and integration teams by clarifying client requirements and collaborating with technical teams on product configuration.
- Communicate functional design requirements to the product team and prioritize and advocate for feature improvements based on customer feedback.
- Configure the product to meet client-specific needs, guide product integration with other systems, and assist with data migration from legacy systems.
- Supervise testing of product configuration and validate the solution against specified criteria.
- Train client users on product usage, customizations, and integrations; maintain implementation documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications.
- Support product deployment into production and provide hypercare support by troubleshooting issues and answering customer questions.
- Experience working with HCM products is desirable.
- Experience in the Travel & Expense or Benefits domain is highly desirable.
