Requirements

Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable field.
Professional experience in project management, preferably in technical building services (TGA) plant construction and/or construction, with several years of experience as a project leader.
Knowledge of building services engineering and technical building equipment.
Knowledge of construction project management, including HOAI phases.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Good English-language skills.
Ability to work independently and with strong organizational discipline; competent conduct, communication ability, and customer orientation.
Flexibility and perseverance.

Responsibilities

Define project objectives.
Monitor and ensure compliance with the budget and schedule.
Coordinate external planners and trades and closely align with internal stakeholders.
Resolve potential conflicts between construction measures and the company's operational activities.
Organize and carry out construction measures.
Lead a team of external partners and hold regular team meetings.
Communicate with internal customers, external partners, and supervisors.
Maintain project documentation.
Provide regular, targeted reporting to the supervisor.
Implement all coordination measures necessary for project success.
Support the expansion of facility digitization and building automation; serve as the contact for internal customers, suppliers, and external service providers across technical and infrastructural facility management.
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies and audit data quality; maintain required data.
Handle interfaces with fleet management, site security, building fire protection, and cafeteria operations.

Qualifications:

·Sie haben ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbar abgeschlossen

·Sie bringen Berufserfahrung im Project Management, vorzugsweise im TGA-Anlagenbau und/oder Bau-Bereich und können bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter vorweisen

·Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Versorgungstechnik und der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung. Erfahrungen in der Planung, Bau und Qualifizierung von Reinräumen ist von Vorteil.

·Ihre Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Organisationsfähigkeit, und Disziplin aus und Sie weisen ein kompetentes Auftreten sowie einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit und starker Kundenorientierung aus

·Gute Kenntnisse in der Führung von Bauprojekten (HOAI Phasen)

·Sie sind extrem flexible und haben ein hohes Durchhaltevermögen und eine besondere Arbeitseinstellung

·Zielgerichtete Berichterstattung
