  • 4+ years of Employee Relations experience in the Hospitality, Restaurant or Supermarket retail sector
  • Ability to exercise discretion, superior judgment, analytical skills, and neutrality in highly sensitive situations
  • Experience in conducting investigations, composing clear, concise, timely and professionally written investigative reports
  • Experience in startup / high growth environments
  • Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Serve as main point-of-contact for supporting the review of ER allegations
  • Work with HR partners to identify and handle employee relation issues and grievances
  • Lead employee relations projections, implementation, and initiatives
  • Maintain a thorough and well-documented investigative process
  • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, industry trends, and policies
  • Collaborate with Legal and People Team to implement policies and procedures
