Static user interfaces and uninspired motion design are completely dead to us. We need a "Visual Kineticist" to bring the Partyhat web ecosystem to life. Your job is to inject raw motion, dynamic pacing, and spectacular visual effects into our digital canvas—transforming flat designs into living, high-energy interactive experiences. This is a remote, asset-focused role for a high-availability animator who treats motion as an exact science and knows how to command a viewer's attention within milliseconds.

We don't care about a traditional animation degree or a corporate agency resume; we care about the physics, timing, and visual weight of your reel. Key Responsibilities

• Kinetic Character & Asset Design: Animate characters, environments, and custom icons, preserving absolute volumetric integrity, weight, and visual energy across every sequence.

• VFX Engineering: Conceptualize and execute high-octane visual effects that amplify high-stakes actions, user milestones, and critical interactive touchpoints.

• UI Motion Integration: Collaborate directly with Frontend Engineers to embed smooth, reactive micro-animations and seamless transitions into our web layouts, eliminating user friction.

• Storyboarding & Pre-Visualization: Translate abstract concepts and product roadmaps into clear storyboards, animatics, and scene compositions to lock down narrative momentum before production.

• Asset Optimization: Balance high-fidelity visual flair with strict technical performance, outputting clean web-ready files (such as JSON/Lottie, WebP, or layered image sheets) that load instantly on global networks.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain a flawless, perfectly cataloged library of master files, ensuring our design and product teams can access and deploy your motion assets in real time.

The Software Toolkit

You must possess elite, day-to-day deployment speed across the following software suites:

• Adobe After Effects (AE): Advanced keyframing, parenting, expression scripting, and heavy visual effects (VFX) composition.

• Spine 2D: Elite skeletal animation, mesh deformation, and skeletal weight mapping for efficient, liquid-smooth asset motion.

• Adobe Photoshop (PS) & Illustrator (AI): Clean layer preparation, asset asset decoupling, and vector/raster graphic management optimized for motion pipelines.

The Requirements

• The "Principles Elite": Deep, intuitive mastery of core animation mechanics including Timing, Squash and Stretch, Slow-in/Slow-out, Anticipation, and dynamic color theory.

• The "Motion Instinct": A breathtaking professional showreel demonstrating raw kinetic flow, sharp weight distribution, and high-impact visual composition.

• Hyper-Availability: This isn't a slow-moving design house. When major features drop or live campaigns pivot, you must be highly responsive and available to execute real-time render modifications and asset updates.

• Operational Autonomy: Completely self-motivated and highly structured; you can manage massive timelines, complex layer hierarchies, and fast production turnarounds without letting a single detail slip through the cracks.

Operational Details

• Location: Fully Remote.

• Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to align with fast-moving code releases and global launch schedules).
