Requirements

Responsibilities

Oversee, monitor, and facilitate training for new and current employees in the production process area.
Observe employees on an ongoing basis and transfer knowledge to new and current employees.
Guide, mentor, and support employees’ performance improvement.
Facilitate or assist with new-hire orientation and training.
Conduct plant tours for new candidates and employees.
Teach new employees work tasks and techniques.
Provide direction and guidance, and fill in for operators and area leads as needed.
Assist operators, administer supplies and materials, and document line assignments, training progress, and cross-training.
Prioritize safety above other department metrics.
Work within Good Manufacturing Practices, safety, and United States Department of Agriculture guidelines to achieve quality in a safe work environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Description

General:

The Process Trainer in Debone is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and facilitating training for new and current employees in the production process area. The position reports to the process manager w/ a primary work schedule of Tuesday - Friday, day shift, with the flexibility to work early/ late shift, overtime, and weekends, as needed.

Specific Duties / Responsibilities:

Responsible for ongoing observation and knowledge transfer for new and current employees

Requirements

Education:
