Requirements
  • 8+ years in financial planning and analysis or strategic finance.
  • At least 4 years of management experience, including building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Consulting (e.g., management consulting, strategy consulting) or banking background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide CFO-level partnership to our Marketing, Product, Product Operations and Operations teams, leading annual budgeting, long-range strategic planning, and rolling forecasts for these organizations.
  • Partner with senior leaders of these organizations to drive world-class operations.
  • Track key performance indicators and financial metrics, delivering actionable insights, identifying trends, and addressing risks and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Strategic Finance team, fostering collaboration, growth, and excellence.
  • Drive efficiency and accuracy by implementing process enhancements within the FP&A function, leveraging advanced tools and industry best practices.
