Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience working in a Capital Markets, Middle or Back Office (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience working on projects, QA and UAT testing and audits (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience with Swaps and Derivatives Products (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience with Financial Settlement Instructions or SWIFT (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience with Swap Dealer regulations (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Be an active participant in scaling the Confirmations Vertical Team
  • Amend derivative confirmation documentation using industry accepted approaches
  • Work with Dealers/customers to identify and solve confirmation breaks
  • Run End of Day Recon Process
  • Manage and update system reference data
  • Assist Middle Office and Tech Teams to solve discrepancies
  • Chasing and following-up to resolve outstanding confirmations
  • Work with IT to identify improvements & ensure proper change management adherence
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes impacting the industry
  • Develop relationships with external clients to gain market understanding and awareness
  • Proactively seek appropriate internal or external training to maintain professional expertise
  • Cross-train team members and internal clients to ensure appropriate coverage and proficiency
  • Formulate and document user requirements and procedures to implement technical solutions
  • Develop and participate in the daily management of controls and procedures
  • Provide superior internal and external client services in all areas of interaction
