Requirements
  • Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years.
  • Ability to use a computer to communicate via email.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and related tools and technology.
  • At least three years of experience providing academic-quality research, research analysis, research and analysis report writing, and/or legal analysis.
  • Commitment to abiding by local, state, and federal laws and behaving ethically.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Expertise in knowledge management and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Proactivity, attention to detail, ability to work within deadlines, and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Eligibility for a Facility Access Authorization, also referred to as an Employment Authorization, by the U.S. Government's designated Security Office.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Access, and Adobe Acrobat, as well as data analytic tools and Visio.
Responsibilities
  • Support requirements for the PR0001 Program Support engagement.
  • Research consumer behavior, knowledge, attitudes, and experiences to understand consumer financial decision-making.
  • Provide in-depth, academic-quality research of consumer financial behavior.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and research issues related to financial education, behavior, and literacy.
  • Review past methods, strategies, tools, and other interventions designed for financial education.
  • Abide by local, state, and federal laws and behave ethically while conducting work.
  • Provide accurate research and analysis within required timelines.
  • Assist Research Team members with evaluation of field testing, report writing, and other tasks required by the Government.
  • Produce thorough, accurate, appropriately documented work products that comply with established criteria.
  • Perform duties competently and professionally while meeting milestones and delivery schedules.
  • Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
Desired Qualifications
  • J.D. from an American Bar Association-accredited law school.
