Wint raises $36 million in Series D funding to scale ai-powered water intelligence globally. Sep 09, 2026, 09:00 ET LIP Ventures and Inven Capital lead round as enterprise demand for water risk management accelerates NEW YORK, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Wint, the leading provider of water management solutions for the built environment, today announced it has raised $36 million in Series D funding co-led by LIP Ventures and Inven Capital. With this investment, Wint will accelerate product development and deepen the company's market reach. "Wint has established itself as the trusted platform for enterprise water intelligence, with a customer base and a track record that speaks for itself," said Alan Weisleder, Partner at LIP Ventures. "This investment is an opportunity to help a proven team scale a proven solution to a much larger share of the global market, and we're proud to be part of that journey." "Water risk is one of the most underestimated threats to the built environment. Wint exists to change that, and this funding gives us the resources to bring proactive water intelligence to every building, everywhere," said Alon Geva, CEO at Wint. "Buildings that run on Wint leak less, waste less, and perform better, and this investment lets us scale to a much larger share of the world's built environment." "We are excited to continue backing Wint as the leading water intelligence platform and key infrastructure layer for how buildings monitor, manage, and mitigate water-related risks," said Michal Mravec, Investment Director at Inven Capital "The company's growing traction with leading insurers, real estate owners, facility managers, and installation partners validates both the scale of the opportunity and Wint's ability to create value across the entire water management ecosystem." The company serves global enterprises, commercial and residential facilities, general contractors, and mission-critical facilities seeking to halt water waste, prevent damage, lower operational costs, and strengthen their ESG impact. This funding marks the latest milestone for Wint, which announced in December 2025 that it had secured a strategic investment from Grosvenor, one of the world's most respected property owners and developers, who will expand Wint's solutions across its global real estate portfolio. Heading into 2026, Wint reported saving 1.15 billion gallons of water, preventing an estimated $100 million in water damage across more than 1,300 incidents, and avoiding over 39,000 metric tons of carbon emissions in 2025 alone. The company also launched AI-based Water Insights and AI-driven water temperature and boiler health analysis, deepening the platform's ability to surface actionable intelligence across every building system. Wint Introduces AI-Powered Water Temperature Analysis to Identify Boiler Issues and Reduce Energy Waste

Wint introduces ai-powered water temperature analysis to identify boiler issues and reduce energy waste. Wint, a leading provider of water management solutions for the built environment, has announced AI-driven temperature analysis, a new capability that correlates water flow and temperature patterns throughout buildings, giving facility and sustainability teams a deeper understanding of how water behaves across systems. Temperature is a critical and often overlooked attribute of water in buildings. Roughly 30% of a building's total energy use is linked to heating and cooling water through systems such as boilers and chilled-water loops. Water temperature stability also affects health and safety, as pathogens like Legionella can develop when water temperature drifts outside regulated ranges. In addition, consistent hot-water supply is vital for occupant satisfaction in facilities such as hotels, hospitals, and multi-tenant buildings. Wint's temperature analysis provides a foundation for addressing all of these challenges. Its first implementation focuses on the health of boilers - one of the most energy-intensive systems in commercial and residential buildings alike. By correlating water flow and temperature data, Wint's AI-based Boiler Health Analyzer detects irregular patterns that indicate system inefficiency or malfunction. This allows facility and sustainability teams to identify overheating, which wastes energy and increases costs, as well as underheating or insufficient capacity, which can leave buildings without adequate hot water. With this added insight, organizations such as hotels, hospitals, and campuses can prevent service interruptions and costly emergency repairs by detecting problems early and taking action before they escalate. "Correlating water temperature with flow patterns opens a new dimension in how we understand buildings' water systems," said Yaron Dycian, chief product and strategy officer at Wint. "Temperature directly impacts energy efficiency, water safety, and reliability. By introducing boiler health monitoring as the first application of this capability, we're helping our customers enhance system performance, reduce waste, prevent damage, and advance their sustainability goals."
