About the job
- A bachelor's degree in accounting and a minimum of four years of accounting experience are required.
- Big Four background is an added value.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required; experience with Odoo is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping are required.
- Ability to use automated data processing systems and work continuously and accurately with figures is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is required.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, provide guidance, and delegate tasks is required.
- Maintain accurate financial records by preparing and reviewing accounting journal entries, including accruals, provisions, prepayments, deferred income, and deferred tax, in accordance with PSAK, and perform monthly general ledger reconciliations.
- Manage timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and yearly group reporting packages.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements to support corporate requirements, including preparing journal entries for various financial transactions and summarizing monthly fluctuations.
- Review and approve monthly reconciliation reports, including bank reconciliations and interface system reconciliations for inventories, assets, and liabilities.
- Assist the tax team with reconciling expenses and revenue as needed.
- Maintain, monitor, and report balance sheet schedules, and coordinate with related departments to resolve outstanding accounts.
- Perform costing calculations for manufacturing production.
- Optimize ERP and other accounting software functions, resolve accounting software issues, and propose improvements.
- Assist the assistant manager in checking invoice requests from business units and assessing accounting treatment for contracts.
- Monitor and file supporting documents related to journal entries.
- Perform internal control (ICS) checklists related to the accounting cycle.
- Support the manager in addressing audit findings and coordinate with auditors and departments to provide required documentation.
- Lead and manage staff or interns, provide guidance, and delegate tasks.
- Collaborate with Controlling, Tax, Treasury, and other business units on accounting matters.
- Assist the assistant manager with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- Big Four background is an added value.
- Experience with Odoo is a plus.

Dassault Systemes (Euronext Paris: FR0014003TT 8,DSY.PA ) today announced that Electrum, a leading Indonesian electric vehicle (EV) startup, has selected Dassault Systemes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform to accelerate the design and production of Electrum's first series of electric motorcycles as the government ramps up efforts to increase adoption of EVs.
In a separate development during the Jakarta visit, Carsome announced its collaboration with Electrum to accelerate two-wheeler EV adoption in response to growing local demand for sustainable and economical transportation.
