Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other required software programs is needed.
Knowledge of HydraCALC is required.
Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards, including the Ontario Building Code and NFPA standards, is required.
Ability to meet deadlines and successfully complete deliverables is required.
Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure on various tasks are required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate sprinkler system piping with other building components and perform hydraulic calculations.
Coordinate with other consulting disciplines to ensure drawing integrity and completeness.
Conduct site investigations, when required, to verify existing site conditions.
Perform general duties as required, including printing, plotting, scanning, conversion, shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and measurement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
