- Highly meticulous with a passion for delivering polished, high-quality work while maintaining brand consistency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with strategists and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities with ease.
- Collaborate with strategists to intake outlines and convert them into compelling, client-facing decks in Figma.
- Source high-quality imagery and leverage AI tools to render unique visuals that enhance the storytelling of each presentation.
- Design and maintain a library of customizable deck templates that align with brand guidelines and elevate the presentation experience.
- Ensure every presentation adheres to high standards of design, narrative flow, and consistency across all client materials.
- Keep current with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continually innovate and improve presentation quality.

The move marks a return to original Canadian storytelling after Ideon Media first launched Complex Canada's editorial presence in 2014. Walker will lead Canadian social strategy and build a dedicated social team, whilst Turner oversees long-form features and overall editorial direction. The renewed focus includes original features on Canadian talent across music, sports, fashion and entertainment, plus platform-native shows for YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Complex Canada will spotlight homegrown artists, athletes, designers and creators whilst connecting Canadian audiences to Complex's global platform. Ideon Media remains the exclusive Canadian partner for the brand.
