At least 7 years of CNC Swiss machining experience.
Medical manufacturing experience is a plus.
Independent setup skills and strong knowledge of Swiss machines and controls.
Strong blueprint-reading, shop math, and precision measurement skills.
A high school diploma or GED, plus machine trades training or equivalent work experience.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
Set up and run Swiss CNC machines with up to nine axes, using G and M code and some macro programming knowledge.
Guide daily production to meet quality, output, and scrap targets.
Coach and train machinists and operators, reinforcing consistent practices across shifts.
Verify tight tolerances using microscopes, precision measuring tools, vision systems, and CMMs.
Use SPC data to guide offsets and tool changes, and maintain part quality.
Keep production and training records accurate, communicate clear shift handoffs, and escalate concerns.
Support attendance expectations, performance reviews, and hiring interviews.

Osseo Area - Full-time - On-site $33–$47.90/hour base pay + shift premium + quarterly bonus opportunity with a 5% target Friday–Sunday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.

Bring your Swiss machining expertise to a hands-on leadership role making precision medical components. We’re looking for a lead who can own setups, keep production on track, and coach machinists to do their best work—all in a clean, air-conditioned shop.
