Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • Experience with core marketing automation and lead management tools like Hubspot, Marketo, LeanData, or Clearbit. HubSpot Marketing Certification is preferred.
  • Experience managing marketing pipelines, campaigns, and funnels.
  • Experience developing lead scoring and campaign attribution models.
  • Experience optimizing operational elements of marketing campaigns such as ABM, tradeshows, webinars, and intent signals.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking to solve problems and improve the performance of complex projects.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, high-growth Revenue Operations team to support marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams by understanding requirements, desired outcomes, and limitations to drive meaningful and measurable results.
  • Alignment with Limble’s MAS TACOS core values.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy business processes and automation across our MAP and integrated tools.
  • Analyze, synthesize, and communicate data within the marketing funnel and through the customer journey.
  • Build and modify systems and automations for accurate lead scoring, categorization, and routing.
  • Build models for accurate campaign attribution and reporting between MAP and CRM.
  • Implement and administer marketing software in collaboration with Limble’s Marketing department.
