Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Three to seven years of experience in account management, business development, international business, e-commerce, sales operations, or related fields.
  • Experience selling supplements or consumer packaged goods products into China through distributors, trade partners, or agencies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the day-to-day relationship with Nordic Naturals’ China partner.
  • Drive accountability against business objectives, key performance indicators, timelines, and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate regular business reviews, action plans, and performance updates.
  • Ensure communication and alignment between the partner and internal teams.
  • Support the transition and optimization of Nordic Naturals’ single-partner model in China.
  • Support the development and execution of annual sales and growth plans for China.
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales across Tmall, JD, Douyin, and Little Red Book.
  • Monitor business performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve growth and profitability.
  • Assist in forecasting, inventory planning, and demand planning coordination.
  • Support launch planning, promotional execution, and platform initiatives.
  • Partner with external partners to align platform strategies and execution priorities.
  • Review marketing initiatives and evaluate return on investment and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
  • Analyze sales data, platform performance, and competitive trends to support recommendations and decision-making.
  • Work with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, operations, customer service, and marketing.
  • Partner with leaders on operational execution, administrative coordination, reporting, and ongoing business management.
  • Ensure internal teams and partners have the information, approvals, assets, and support needed to execute effectively.
  • Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues proactively when needed.
  • Prepare business updates, presentations, and performance reviews for leadership.
  • Track key performance indicators, revenue performance, marketing spend, and platform trends.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on business data and market analysis.
  • Support long-range planning and growth strategy discussions for China.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with Amazon, e-commerce platforms, or international distributors.
  • Experience with China e-commerce platforms including Tmall, JD, Douyin, and Little Red Book.
  • Chinese language skills.
