- Coordinate and control administrative accounting processes in accordance with current tax regulations and the organization's internal procedures and regulations, ensuring efficient management of financial resources and timely, reliable, reasonable, and transparent information for decision-making.
- Supervise team tasks and processes related to preparing financial accounting information, following international and local standards, to ensure timely, reliable, and transparent information for decision-making.
- Plan and coordinate treasury entries and movements related to revenue and accounts payable to maintain cash flow and meet obligations to employees and suppliers on time.
- Monitor the performance of the Credit and Collections portfolio and ensure compliance with appropriate portfolio-management policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and plan quarterly and annual external financial and tax audits to prepare audited financial statements and tax reports.
- Supervise accounting closures by monitoring and controlling reports to ensure reliable information and clarity for internal stakeholders and auditors.
- Control operating costs and coordinate subsequent billing with the personnel responsible for invoicing to maintain reasonable operating margins based on historical trends.
- Validate accounting reconciliations prepared by the business process outsourcing provider, identify improvements, and work with operational staff to clear historical balances that do not correspond to operations.
- Settle expenses incurred outside purchasing processes and monitor with the team the correct application of cost of sales.
- Coordinate intercompany charges for costs incurred in one country that correspond to sales executed by another group company, ensuring processing within the month.
