About the job
- A degree from a university or technical educational institution in Business Administration or a related subject is required.
- Excellent spoken and written English is required.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications is required.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
- A goal-oriented approach, attention to detail, and proper adherence to procedures are required.
- Teamwork and a collaborative spirit are required.
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, and provide information about the company's leasing products and services.
- Manage customer requests related to the leasing program and coordinate the required information and service.
- Track pending items and the progress of customer requests, ensuring they are completed on time.
- Prepare, process, and send leasing offers, and track them through completion.
- Support the process of concluding and completing new leasing contracts.
- Work closely with the Back Office and relevant internal departments to ensure a smooth process throughout all stages of leasing.
- Coordinate the necessary actions between customers and internal departments to resolve any issues arising during the process.
- Previous experience in service sales is considered an additional qualification.
