About the job

Requirements
  • At least 7 years in consulting, growth, client strategy, account management, sales, operations, or a senior client-facing role.
  • Experience working directly with founders, executives, or business owners.
  • Strong commercial understanding and the ability to think across acquisition, sales, and delivery.
  • Experience helping businesses solve growth or execution problems.
  • Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market.
  • Direct exposure to outbound, sales, offer creation, paid acquisition, pipeline management, consulting, or agency delivery.
  • Experience operating in fast-moving environments where judgment matters more than rigid process.
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with founders to understand their business, identify constraints to growth, and determine appropriate next steps.
  • Build a clear picture of clients’ business models, target markets, ideal customer profiles, offers, pricing, positioning, acquisition channels, sales processes, pipelines, delivery models, team capacity, growth goals, and immediate constraints.
  • Determine and advise on the highest-priority actions required to move each client’s business forward; challenge clients’ assumptions and help them avoid low-leverage work.
  • Translate strategy into execution by defining objectives, identifying constraints, deciding strategy, breaking it into actions, assigning ownership, setting timelines, reviewing outcomes, and adjusting based on results.
  • Help clients diagnose breakdowns in the journey from market to revenue, including acquisition, conversations, pipeline, sales, revenue, delivery, and expansion.
  • Advise across relevant growth channels, including cold email, outbound, paid acquisition, offer development, ideal customer profile and positioning, lead generation, customer relationship management and pipeline, sales process, follow-up, proposal strategy, pricing, go-to-market, operational priorities, and artificial intelligence implementation and services.
  • Lead client conversations by reviewing business performance, analysing changes, identifying opportunities, diagnosing problems, challenging assumptions, setting priorities, recommending strategy, unblocking decisions, creating accountability, and maintaining momentum.
  • Maintain the full commercial picture across client teams, connect their work to the overall strategy, and resolve disconnected efforts, conflicting priorities, or gaps.
  • Identify risks such as lost momentum, stalled execution, ineffective strategy, misaligned expectations, weak lead flow or sales follow-up, delivery blockers, misplaced priorities, and declining trust, and act before they escalate.
  • Use artificial intelligence to analyse businesses, prepare for conversations, research markets, structure plans, review performance, document decisions, and improve the quality and speed of work.

About the company

AI Acquisition Corp (AI Arbitrage) sells a program that helps entrepreneurs and existing businesses build and run AI-powered companies. The system guides users through setting up a business (website and branding), provides AI agents to perform sales tasks, and licenses advanced AI tools to install in client businesses. It focuses on deploying and managing AI agents to automate client-facing work and internal processes, with training to appoint an operator to oversee the agents. The goal is to help clients manage more clients and scale operations, eventually running the business with an operator while AI handles daily tasks, expanding revenue through AI-driven automation.

What believers are saying

  • Case studies updated September 2026 show clients landing $20,000 and $30,000 deals.
  • The site says over 30,000 meetings booked, proving repeatable outbound automation demand.
  • AI service arbitrage remains attractive because businesses still pay for immediate labor savings.

What critics are saying

  • All performance claims are self-reported, including $18,105 monthly revenue, lacking independent audits.
  • The model depends on Matt Gray and constant content-led demand; brand fatigue hits fast.
  • FTC or state regulators can challenge earnings claims and testimonials, crushing conversions within months.

What makes AI Acquisition unique

  • AI Acquisition packages launch, sales, and delivery agents into one system.
  • It targets entrepreneurs selling AI services, not software, with done-for-you workflow licensing.
  • The company claims 1,200+ businesses used its AI Arbitrage playbook by September 2026.
