Requirements
  • Experience supporting Apple, Linux, Windows and BYOD environments
  • Experience supporting LAN/WAN networking and mobile computing environments
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, SSO technologies, and scripting languages
  • Experience supporting a wide range of technologies including VoIP, copiers, Audio/Video systems, cloud systems, open source software
  • Strong customer service, organizational, prioritization, multitasking and communication skills
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules
  • Availability for an on-call rotational schedule
  • CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ preferred
  • Previous work experience in a corporate environment preferred
Responsibilities
  • Manage service requests submitted to the service desk
  • Provide IT support for all applicable IT resources
  • Answer IT related questions and provide advice and training to users
  • Maintain user training manuals and procedures
  • Log support requests for continued problem resolution and tracking
  • Stay up-to-date on all applicable IT systems and enhance user experience
