Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations across the ticketing lifecycle.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of UEFA ticketing processes and systems.
Serve as the main Relevent Football Partners point of contact for commercial partners, UC3, and UEFA ticketing teams.
Deliver season and final ticketing operations, including requests, deadlines, inventory management, block allocations, and financial reconciliation.
Manage day-to-day queries with ticketing providers, suppliers, and partners as required.
Document system workflows and user guides.
Execute the ticket allocation process in accordance with business priorities.
Administer internal ticketing systems and processes for day-to-day business.
Coordinate and deliver on-site matchday ticketing logistics for commercial partners, including mobile ticketing troubleshooting, will call, and box office supervision.
Deliver a matchday operations and resolutions plan for commercial partner ticketing issues.
Resolve account and ticketing issues promptly, professionally, and with high attention to detail.
Produce post-event reporting.
Work cross-functionally with Media, Sponsorship, and Licensing teams to manage commercial ticketing inventory, ensure project deadlines are met, and ensure formal ticketing processes are adhered to.
Ensure all UEFA ticketing deadlines are met and ticket requests are submitted in a timely manner by all stakeholders and partners.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced ticketing professional to support the ticketing management and operational delivery of the UEFA Men’s Club Competitions commercial partner ticketing inventory across both the season and the Finals. This includes the UEFA Champions League (UCL), Europa League (UEL), Conference league (UCL) and the UEFA Super Cup. This is a total commercial inventory of over 250,000 tickets on an annual basis.
This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless, world‐class experience for UEFA Men’s Club Competitions commercial partners. Reporting directly to the Global Ticketing Lead, you will work collaboratively with internal teams, client stakeholders, technology providers, and external partners to oversee the end‐to‐end ticketing journey. This is a fast‐paced and high‐profile environment, requiring exceptional operational acumen, stakeholder management expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Ticket Operations
