Junior Manager Trainee - Business Intelligence & Analytics

Job Description

Ready to make a real impact with data? We are looking for analytically strong and tech-savvy master’s graduates with a drive to make a difference, who will drive Bosch's data-driven transformation with us in our Junior Managers Program. Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will rotate through predominantly commercial and IT-related departments in Germany and abroad. Your mission is to gain a deep understanding of our business and data-driven decision-making processes, while building expertise in data analytics, digitalization, and machine learning.​

You will analyze complex challenges, identify optimization potentials along our business processes, and collaborate with specialist departments to develop innovative, data-based, digital solutions. In doing so, you will work on strategically relevant topics such as market analyses, forecasting, and the development of data-driven business decisions.​

Your academic foundation:

You have graduated with an outstanding (full-time) Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, (Business) Informatics, or a related field. Your focus ideally lies on topics such as data analytics, data science, machine learning, or quantitative methods. Perhaps you already bring an MBA, PhD, or initial work experience.​

Qualifications

Your passion for data-driven topics:

You have a strong passion for data and analytical challenges. You are motivated to structure and analyze large volumes of data and derive concrete, actionable recommendations from them. Initial practical experience in data analytics, data science, or data mining is an advantage.​

Your eye for the bigger picture:

You find it exciting to understand how business models work and how data-based insights contribute to the optimization of processes and strategies. You are highly motivated to link analytical results with entrepreneurial goals.​

Your understanding of human-centric leadership:

You are convinced that sustainable success is created through human collaboration. With empathy, openness, and enthusiasm, you succeed in winning others over to data-driven solutions and driving change forward together.​

Your continuous development:

You bring a strong growth mindset and are ready to continuously develop yourself in a dynamic environment, learning new technologies and methodologies quickly.​

Your language proficiency:

You communicate very well in English and possess good German language skills to navigate confidently within both our international and local environments. International experience of at least three months rounds off your profile.
